Christian Villafuerte is hands-down the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, he’s been incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. He listens without rushing you, actually remembers the details, and communicates in a way that makes you feel taken care of—not talked at. What I appreciate most is that he clearly knows his tenants and genuinely wants what’s best for them. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, and I can already tell I’m going to love living here. If every property manager worked like Christian, renting would be a completely different world. Highly, highly recommend.

The apartments are in a good location at a reasonable price point. I still haven't decided on an apartment, but a shout out to Christian for the tour and being extremely helpful with my questions..

Close enough to downtown, but not right in it. These apartments are just on the outskirts a bit. Freeway access is all nearby which is super convenient. Christian, the property manager is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had and then was super super helpful upon my move in. I often see Peter around to make sure the property looks pretty! These apartments are great, but Christian and Peter are also part of what make it so great! Thank you both! ☺️🩵

We recently visited and loved the property! While we ultimately rented somewhere else for now, we wanted to give a shoutout to property manager Christian for excellent service. He was very kind and informative on the tour and following up with us. I would highly recommend him and this property!

To my surprise behind the bustling and active Rainier Ave Tucked away in the quietest corner of the foothills of Judkins Park I came across 999 Hiawatha Pl S. The units are quaint and have such nice features and in unit amenities. Unlike other buildings in the city this place has in unit washer dryers and lavish counter spaces making even the studio units like mine look elegant and comfy. The frosted nautical circular windows in the units add such a cute touch and gives each unit a sense of privacy Christian has been such a wonderful property manager and very attentive. His attention to detail and humble demeanor really solidified my decision in moving in to the building. The maintenance person is the best as well always making sure to keep the courtyard clean in the morning and evenings and rooftop decks spiffy throughout the warmer days . It really warms my heart that in the sea of capitalistic corporations in Seattle there are people and communities like 999 Hiawatha that make Seattle and the PNW worth living in as an east coast transplant

Quiet place off the Hwy 90 closed to downtown but safer on the east side of the freeway I-5 . NICE PARK a block away.

999 hiawatha is an amazing place to live , great location , great price and Christian and Peter make a great team keeping everything in the building working perfectly!

I LOVE living at Hiawatha. First of all, location, location, location - I am near absolutely everything and have a beautiful park next to the building for my dogs. The community is full of nice people and we do some barbeques as neighbors. The property manager Christian has been nothing but helpful. He has been doing some much needed improvements and keeps the place in top shape. Lastly, Peter the maintenance guy fixes EVERYTHING that you might encounter a problem with. And the best part, all of this for very fair prices. Cannot, recommend it enough.
