Without exaggeration, Christian has been the best apartment manager I’ve ever rented from. I’ve lived in apartments for over 20 years in multiple states, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. He has always been kind, responsive, professional, fair, and genuinely caring in a way that is incredibly rare these days. It’s made a huge difference living here, and he is a big part of why this place has felt like home.

Management and Maintenance
Christian has been very responsive from the start. He is an excellent communicator. He has gone beyond his duty to help me situated into my apartment. He is an excellent building manager. Peter is also great in responding to maintenance requests-prompt and did a good job.

Great place to live just outside Downtown Seattle and especially for sporting events and concerts. The property manager (Christian) is awesome and great to work with. Would recommend this apartment if your looking for a good affordable place with relatively basic amenities if you need to live close to the city!

I moved in recently with my husband and it’s been a great experience, clean place, organized and smells very good always, the leasing office works really great Christian took care of us since the beginning our case was analyzed and approved in the same day, and he is very attentive, energetic person and helped us a lot, over all we love it here
