I have been living here since 2020 and the new management is fantastic! Christian is a great property manager, he makes sure that everything is taken care of promptly and really goes out of his way to help out wherever he can. The new maintenance man, Peter, is fast, friendly and efficient. I hope they stick around.

I’m a recent transplant from New York and this was my first big move. I had some reservations about finding the right place, especially after spending 6 years in my last apartment. While the 2 bedroom floor plan here that we wanted wasn’t available on the time frame we’re working on, Christian was lovely to work with! The property itself is great as well; we just couldn’t make a 1 bedroom happen with both of us working from home. I really appreciated Christian’s follow through and attention to detail, even though we ultimately did not lease here.

I'm looking to move in July and made an appointment to start looking around. I got the opportunity to tour with Christian and he was so friendly and kind. He let me know that it's a little early to know exactly what will be available during my time frame, but spent time showing me how to apply and offered to follow up and check in during late May. I really like both the location and the floor plans I saw!

A beautiful apartment with exceptionally supportive staff. Christian Villafuerte went above and beyond to ensure I was well-informed and taken care of throughout every step of the move. I can’t recommend him enough!

My partner and I just moved to Seattle and Christian has been so unbelievably helpful with our transition. The property is clean and from what we have experienced, a safe place to live. Management has been extremely accommodating and bent over backwards to make sure we feel welcome and appreciated as tenants. We hope to stay a long time and want to personally thank Christian and Peter for the continued assistance and dedication in their roles. Happy to be here!
